Agreement (required): I have read the school’s policy statement and understand that tuition is prepaid by the 10th day of each month or semester. I understand that a non-refundable annual registration fee will be charged with the initial payment for new students, or with the May payment for returning students. I understand that all payments must be by automatic credit or debit card only. I understand that a 2-week notice is required if a student is discontinuing lessons at the Gray School of Music, and that I am financially responsible for two weeks of tuition following drop notice. I give release to use students' likeness and audio/video performances in Gray School of Music brochures, advertising, or website with no mention of the student's name. I understand there is no compensation for this release.
